Plain-language terms for booking and using our services.
Bookings and inspections
A booking request made through this site, WhatsApp or phone is confirmed once we message or call you back with a slot. Site inspections are free and carry no obligation to proceed.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices. Your exact price is quoted after inspection and does not change unless you approve additional work. Quotes exclude GST unless stated. Spare parts are quoted separately and fitted only with your approval.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the job by UPI, bank transfer, card or cash. A GST invoice is issued for every job.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel a visit by calling us. There is no cancellation fee when we are given reasonable notice before the technician is dispatched.
Warranty
Our workmanship warranty is described on the Warranty page. Manufacturer warranties on new units and parts are honoured under the manufacturer's terms.
Access and safety
Please provide safe access to indoor and outdoor units. Our technicians may decline work that cannot be carried out safely, such as outdoor units without a secure working platform.
Liability
We take care on every job and are insured for our work. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, damage caused by power fluctuations, or issues arising from work done by others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
